Currently set up with horizontal screw feed into injection plunger. Includes optional plunger/stuffer that can be installed in place of screw. Bottom injector is 2.6” diameter; has a stroke of 4.7”; pressure of 22,000 psi. Tie rod spacing is 12.2”. Electrically heated platens are 11.8” x 15.7” (460v; 3 ph; 60 hz; 18 kw; 37 amps). Daylight: 17.7”. Adjustable stroke: 7.8” – 13.75”. Mold height: 3.9” – 9.8”. Pressure cushion stroke: .6”.
